Scope of Service Experience
|
Paul DeBono is currently an Assistant Vice President in the Investment Sales Division of NAI Farbman. Paul's eight years of experience is comprised of a background in investment sales/commercial management, research and credit/debt experience.
Paul is primarily responsible for market research and property analysis. He has extensive experience working with Argus and property accounting programs such as MRI and Skyline. Additionally, he manages the marketing and due diligence process for client transactions, while providing custom reporting and analysis for client review.
Paul is also responsible for helping to organize the annual NAI Buyers' Forum which brings together investment buyers from all around the country. He has been involved in the valuation, financing, development and sale of retail, industrial, office and multi-family properties within the Investment Sales Group for a number of clients including:

Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Literature, Science and Arts in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Paul is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan.

Background & Experience
|
Prior to joining the NAI/Farbman Investment Sales Group, Paul worked in the Property Management Group of our parent company, The Farbman Group. During his time as a portfolio manager, he administered the accounting and management for over a million square feet of office, medical office, retail and industrial space.
Paul was previously employed with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services prior to joining NAI Farbman. For the past three years, he has chaired the Executive Board for the Greater Corktown Development Corporation in Detroit, Michigan. During his term as President and Chairman, he was instrumental in the 2001 merger of the Corktown Consumer Housing Cooperative with the Greater Corktown Economic Development Corporation and the 2004 absorption of the City of Detroit Citizens District Counsel. |
