GSA International Leases 75,000 SF in Wayne
Logistics Company Moves to Metro Commerce Center


GSA International Ltd., a full service logistics provider, leased 75,000 square feet at 32500 Van Born Road in Wayne, MI.

This one-story building, also known as Metro Commerce Center, totals more than 530,500 square feet and is on 34.5 acres. It is in Detroit’s Airport Industrial District. Other tenants in the building include Childers Single Source Solutions and Arvato Digital Services LLC.

Brian Crawford represented both GSA International and Metro Commerce Center. He is a senior associate at NAI Farbman in Southfield.
