NAI Farbman signs five leases in Oakland Commons
Tenants Inked 15,700 SF in Office Deals in Southfield.
Ridgecore Equity Management, OB, P.C., Balco Interiors, Kronos Inc. and Huff North America recently signed deals to occupy a total of 15,714 square feet of space in the Oakland Commons at 20700-20750 Civic Center Drive in Southfield, MI.
In the building at 20700 Civic Center, Ridgecore Equity Management will occupy 5,258 square feet on the third floor this month. In January, OB, P.C. will move into 2,132 square feet on the third floor. Finally, Balco Interiors plans to move into 7,740 square feet on the second floor in February.
In the building at 207500 Civic Center, Kronos will downsize into 4,591 square feet on the third floor this month, while Huff North America has already moved into 3,007 square feet on the fifth floor.
Oakland Commons currently consists of two 157,046-square-foot, Class A office buildings. The first building was completed in October 1999 and the second in December 2001. Both buildings are six stories with three passenger elevators and one freight elevator. Each building also features free surface parking, 24/7 building access, card key access, an atrium, a courtyard, a
mailroom, on-site management, a restaurant, a security system, signage and fiber optics.
